Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions must also be met:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item has all original tags and labels attached
- The item is not damaged or altered in any way
- The item is not a final sale or clearance item
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team via email at support@dunesa.shop. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dunesa.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team via email at support@dunesa.shop and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
